Afinado SMS Authentication Program

Program Description
Afinado sends one-time passcodes (OTP) via SMS to users for account verification and secure login to the Afinado platform. These messages are transactional and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

How Users Opt In
Users provide consent by entering their mobile phone number during account registration or login on the Afinado website or mobile application and requesting a one-time verification code.

At the time of number collection, users are presented with the following disclosure:

“By entering your phone number, you agree to receive authentication SMS messages from Afinado. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.”

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a user initiates a login or verification request.
